I’m Anand Kumar, but in the sales world, people know me as AKB. I come from Interior Sindh, a place where opportunities were scarce, but dreams were not. In 2012, I arrived in Karachi, determined to create my own path. I enrolled at Iqra University, faced setbacks, dropped out, but fought my way back to graduate successfully. My career started in 2016 at Axact as a Junior Executive. Over the years, I pushed my limits, learning at Salsoft (Business Unit Head), Abtech, and Digitonics—all to master the competitive sales landscape. Joining Sybex as their first sales hire, I shattered records, redefining the company’s sales strategy and client approach. Through strategic planning, aggressive selling, and strong client relationships, I quickly rose to become President of Sales. For me, sales isn’t just about numbers—it’s about people, trust, and long-term success. I build relationships with clients like they are family, understanding their goals and helping them achieve real results.
